目的:探讨血脂、脂联素、生长激素水平与胎儿生长发育的相关性。方法:对100例住院分娩孕妇血清及脐带血血脂、脂联素与生长激素进行检测,分析与胎儿出生体重、身长的相关性。结果:母体血清甘油三酯、胆固醇水平明显高于脐带血中,脂联素、生长激素水平低于脐带血中,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);将出生新生儿依据体重分组,体质量<4 000 g新生儿为正常体重组,≥4 000 g新生儿为巨大儿组,巨大儿组胎盘质量及新生儿体质量明显高于正常体重组(P<0.05),巨大儿组血清、脐带血甘油三酯、胆固醇、脂联素、生长激素水平明显高于正常体重组(P<0.05);母体血清甘油三酯、胆固醇与新生儿出生体质量、胎盘质量之间具有正相关(P<0.05),脐带血脂联素与新生儿出生体质量、胎盘质量、身长具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血脂、脂联素、生长激素水平与胎儿生长发育密切相关,母体血清与脐带血中脂联素及生长激素可能来源不同,脂联素在胎儿生长发育过程中所起的作用不容忽视。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum lipids, adiponectin, growth hormone and fetal growth and development. Methods: Serum and umbilical blood lipids, adiponectin and growth hormone were detected in 100 hospitalized pregnant women and their correlations with fetal birth weight and body length were analyzed. Results: The levels of triglyceride and cholesterol in maternal serum were significantly higher than that in umbilical cord blood. The levels of adiponectin and growth hormone were lower than those in umbilical cord blood (P <0.05) The weight of newborns with body mass <4 000 g was normal body weight group, the newborn body weight ≥ 4000 g was giant group, the weight of placenta and body weight of neonates in giant group were significantly higher than those of normal body weight group (P <0.05) , Umbilical cord blood triglyceride, cholesterol, adiponectin and growth hormone levels were significantly higher than those of normal weight group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between maternal serum triglyceride, cholesterol and birth weight and placenta quality P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between umbilical blood adiponectin and newborn birth weight, placenta quality and body length (P <0.05). Conclusions: Serum lipids, adiponectin and growth hormone levels are closely related to fetal growth and development. Adiponectin and growth hormone may be derived from maternal serum and umbilical cord blood. The role of adiponectin in fetal growth and development may not be neglected.
