目的:检测乳腺肿瘤中肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)表达及其与影像学特征的关系。方法:利用免疫荧光和流式细胞术检测MDA-MB-231及MCF-7乳腺癌细胞中TNF-α的表达;收集82例经病理证实的乳腺疾病患者组织及其病理资料、影像学资料,通过免疫组化检测乳腺组织TNF-α的表达,并分析其表达量与病理特征及影像学特征之间的关系。结果:TNF-α在MDA-MB-231细胞中呈高表达,恶性乳腺肿瘤组织中TNF-α的表达显著高于乳腺良性肿瘤,其表达量与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关、核磁共振(MRI)强化是否均匀、钼靶X射线的边界的平滑度形状是否规则以及B超中彩色血流信号强弱均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺肿瘤组织中TNF-α呈异常高表达,且与乳腺肿瘤的某些影像学特征密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and its relationship with the imaging features in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of TNF-α in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 breast cancer cells was detected by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Tissues, histopathological data and imaging data of 82 patients with pathologically confirmed breast disease were collected. The expression of TNF-α in breast tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of TNF-α and pathological features and imaging features was analyzed. Results: TNF-α was highly expressed in MDA-MB-231 cells. The expression of TNF-α in malignant breast tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumors. The expression of TNF-α correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, Whether the enhancement is uniform, the smooth shape of the boundary of the mammography X-ray and the signal intensity of B ultrasound color flow (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of TNF-α in breast cancer tissues is abnormally high, and it is closely related to some imaging features of breast tumors.
