通信问题现象普遍的存在铁路电气化施工当中,也就是经常会发生铁路通信中断的情况,这种问题已经对铁路的建设与发展造成了严重的不利影响。所以,在这种情况下相关的部门建设性的提出了一个方案,即建立一个铁路通信过渡工程,这样一来就能够达到改造铁路通信线路以及铁路通信设备的目的。主要围绕铁路通信过渡技术进行分析,并探究通信过渡施工当中出现问题时应该采用什么应急预案。
The phenomenon of widespread communication problems Electrification of railway construction, which is often interrupted by the situation of railway communications, has posed a serious adverse impact on the construction and development of the railway. Therefore, under such circumstances, the relevant department constructively proposed a plan to establish a railway communications transition project so as to achieve the purpose of transforming railway communication lines and railway communication equipment. It mainly analyzes the transition technology of railway communication and explores what contingency plan should be adopted when there is any problem in the communication transition construction.
