目的研究基因重组EpsteinBar病毒gp125蛋白的免疫原性。方法用表达gp125的重组痘苗病毒免疫中国本兔,用免疫荧光法检测免疫血清的抗体效价并研究其特异性。结果重组痘苗病毒在感染细胞内特异性地表达gp125,活病毒能够刺激兔产生高滴度的特异性抗体,经2次免疫,免疫荧光效价达1∶320。结论基因重组gp125和天然的该蛋白一样,有较强的免疫原性。
Objective To study the immunogenicity of recombinant EpsteinBar virus gp125 protein. Methods Recombinant vaccinia virus expressing gp125 was used to immunize Chinese rabbits. The antibody titers of immune serum were detected by immunofluorescence and the specificity was studied. Results The recombinant vaccinia virus specifically expressed gp125 in infected cells. The live virus could stimulate the rabbit to produce high titer specific antibody. After 2 immunizations, the immunofluorescence titer reached 1: 320. Conclusion Recombinant gp125 has the same strong immunogenicity as native protein.
