主要研究真空条件下的自持放电电弧(空心阴极真空电弧)作为新型热源用于熔化焊及钎焊的工艺适应性。研究结果表明,该热源用于熔焊时,电弧挺度大,穿透能力强,焊缝正反面成形好,接头强度及塑性指标均优于常规焊接方法。而将其作为局部加热热源用于真空钎焊时,又具有电弧柔性大、升温速度快、参数可控性好、焊缝成形好等优点。同时由于接头在高温停留时间短,焊缝组织中不易产生有害的金属间化合物及晶粒长大现象。空心阴极真空电弧是一种很有发展前途的新型焊接热源。
The main research vacuum self-sustained discharge arc (hollow cathode vacuum arc) as a new type of heat source for melting and brazing process adaptability. The results show that when the heat source is used for welding, the arc stiffness is large, the penetration ability is strong, the welding front and back are formed well, and the strength and plasticity of the joint are better than the conventional welding method. When it is used as a local heating heat source for vacuum brazing, it has the advantages of large arc flexibility, fast heating speed, good parameter controllability and good weld forming. At the same time due to the short residence time at high temperature joints, the weld is not easy to produce harmful intermetallic compounds and grain growth phenomenon. Hollow cathode vacuum arc is a promising new welding heat source.
