新课程改革在我省已步入了第二个年头,刚接手新课改的教师在摸索着,从举行的区域校际观摩课中显见,教学观念跳不出老圈子,这样造成学生倦,老师困。因此,细揣摩新课标,转变教学观念,让新教学观念的真面目与学生见面。本文对这两年的课堂听课实录与当前新课改要求的冲突,作了一些探讨,与各同仁交流分享。一、改变当前定势思维下的课堂教学课余,常听一些化学教师埋怨:同一个问题,讲了很多遍,学生怎么还不会?言下之意即学生的能力太差。然而,我认为造成这一现象的主要原因有两个方面:一是教师课堂上忽视教学的主体是学生,以灌输代替启发,偏重讲授,缺乏启发性,怕学生占用思考时间,不能完成本课时预定内
