中职《可编程控制技术》实训教学改革初探

随着科技的不断进步,企业对员工的要求越来越高,要培养符合企业需求的员工难度也日趋加大。本人结合中职教育培养技能应用型人才的要求,对中职《可编程控制技术》实训教学进行了改革探索,本文就该课程重点阐述了如何建立适合中职教育培养目标的实训教学体系、教学内容、教学理念、教学方法和考核标准。 With the continuous improvement of science and technology, enterprises are demanding more and more staff, and it is also becoming more and more difficult to train employees who meet the needs of enterprises. Based on the requirements of secondary vocational education and training talents with practical skills, this paper explores the practical teaching of “Programmable Control Technology” in secondary vocational education. This article focuses on how to establish a practical teaching system suitable for secondary vocational education training objectives , Teaching content, teaching philosophy, teaching methods and assessment standards.
