目的 了解表皮癣菌和白念珠菌培养产物对体外培养人角质形成细胞的作用。方法 取浅部真菌和白念珠菌培养滤液与原代培养人类角质形成细胞孵育 ,比较表皮因子值及其对角质形成细胞生长的作用。结果 红色毛癣菌分泌EFG最高 6 1 .1 μg/L(浊度比 4 .5× 1 0 10 ) ,对倍稀释液对培养的原代人类角质形成细胞作用最强 ,角质形成细胞标记指数可达 2 80 0cpm/盘。 结论 本项研究为皮肤浅部真菌病的病变机理提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of cultured products of dermatophytes and Candida albicans on cultured human keratinocytes in vitro. Methods The culture filtrate of superficial fungi and Candida albicans was incubated with human keratinocytes. The effects of epidermal factor and keratinocyte growth were compared. Results Trichophyton rubrum secreted the highest EFG of 61.1 μg / L (turbidity ratio of 4.5 × 10 ~ 10). The doubling dilution had the strongest effect on the cultured primary human keratinocytes. The keratinocyte labeling index Up to 2 80 0 cpm / plate. Conclusion This study provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of superficial mycosis of the skin.
