1981年12月份,古田溪水电厂、福建省电力试验研究所和华北水利水电学院等单位协作,在古田四级水电站对转桨式水轮机(H=35.8~24.22米;N=17,000千瓦;n=214.3转/分)进行了一次有意义的过渡过程试验。其试验项目有: 1.启动特性试验:其目的,是为了了解和掌握转桨式水轮机的最佳启动特性,要求机组从停机状态到并入电网的时间最短;快速平稳达到额定转速;保证推力轴承有良好的工作条件(即启动升速快,轴向水推力小)。试验分三组进行:第1组,整定导叶开度α_启=18%(机组空载开度α_k=10%),桨叶角度p_启=+1.5~0;第2组,α_启=18%,φ启=+4~0;第3组,α_启=13%,φ_启=-2~0。
In December 1981, Gutian Tian Hydropower Plant, Fujian Electric Power Experimental Research Institute and North China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower were cooperated with other units in Gutian 4 Hydropower Station for rotary paddle turbine (H = 35.8-24.22 m; N = 17,000 kW; n = 214.3 Rev / min) conducted a meaningful transitional process test.
