综合运用文献资料,调查访问等研究方法,对湖南省近几年体育专业考生的考前心理状态进行了调查和分析研究,结果表明, 对体育专业考生有针对性地加强应考前心理状态调整,从思想上、心理上、方法上等方面加以调整是取得体育高考优异成绩的关键。针对应考前的心理问题提出了消除的方法,以期对体育高考指导工作提供咨询
