随着21世纪的到来,中国加入世贸组织(WTO)已经指日可待。对于我国的服务业,特别是餐饮来说是机遇也是挑战。麦当劳、肯德基快餐打入中国以后,使中国餐饮业的经营者开始清醒。面临餐饮业过剩发展、供大于求的局面增强服务业的竞争能力必须依靠加速建立现代企业制度来实现,必须依靠科技进步增强国际竞争能力,从而提高企业经营管理水平,提高人员素质,充分挖掘经营者的智慧,摆脱能人经济的制度,建立新的制度经济。
With the advent of the 21st century, China’s accession to the WTO (WTO) is just around the corner. For China’s service industry, especially for catering, it is an opportunity and a challenge. After the McDonald’s and KFC fast foods broke into China, the operators of the Chinese catering industry began to wake up. Facing the situation of oversupply and oversupply in the food and beverage industry, strengthening the competitiveness of the service industry must be achieved by accelerating the establishment of a modern enterprise system. It must rely on scientific and technological progress to enhance international competitiveness so as to improve the level of business management, enhance the quality of personnel, and fully tap the business.
