目前国内外研究资料证明,自由基、脂质过氧化损伤是一项新的致病因素、它的发现为某些疾病的研究提供了新的线索和为某些疾病的防治开辟了新的途径。为此我们用国产930荧光计对正常妊娠不同时期妇女、胎儿脐带血进行血清过氧化脂质含量的测定。其测定结果为:早孕妇女与非孕妇血清LPO含量差异不大;而妊娠中、晚期母血血清LPO浓度显著高于非孕妇女,并随妊娠的进展具有进行上升的趋势;孕娠中期。孕娠晚期母血LPO平均浓度分别是非孕妇的1.35倍和1.64倍(非孕妇为3.4nmol/ml)。脐带血LPO平均浓度明显低于母血。以此为临床研究提供参考。
At present, domestic and foreign research data prove that free radical and lipid peroxidation damage is a new virulence factor, and its discovery provides new clues for the study of certain diseases and opens up new ways for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases . To this end, we use domestic 930 fluorometer for normal women of different stages of pregnancy, fetal umbilical cord blood serum lipid peroxidation determination. The results showed that there was no significant difference in serum LPO levels between early pregnant women and non-pregnant women, while serum LPO concentrations of pregnant women and late pregnant women were significantly higher than those of non-pregnant women and had the tendency to rise with the progress of pregnancy. The average levels of LPO in the third trimester of pregnancy were 1.35 and 1.64 times that of non-pregnant women (3.4 nmol / ml for non-pregnant women), respectively.
