采用经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏对比研究的方法,测定心输出量、描记体表及心腔内电图,以判定其血流动力学效果及电生理机制。结果表明,经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏有相同的起搏效果及类似的血流动力学效应,其心输出量还多于心内膜起搏。其电生理机制,通常只同时激动两个心室,在刺激电流较强时,可能同时激动心房与心室。
The transcatheter thoracic cardiac pacing and endocardial pacing comparative study methods, determination of cardiac output, surface markers and intracardiac electrocardiogram to determine the hemodynamic effects and electrophysiological mechanisms. The results showed that transcatheter cardiac pacing and endocardial pacing have the same pacing effect and similar hemodynamic effects, the cardiac output is more than the endocardial pacing. Its electrophysiological mechanism, usually only two ventricle excited at the same time, in the stimulation of the current is strong, may also stimulate the atrium and ventricle.
