目的:探讨STAT3蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中的表达及在HCC发生、发展中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测56例HCC组织及其癌周肝组织,11例肝硬化组织和11例正常肝组织中STAT3蛋白的表达;检测VEGFR2、EGFR分别在27、42例HCC组织中的表达情况。结果:STAT3蛋白在HCC组织的阳性、强阳性表达分别为23和9例,其阳性表达率在HCC组织中显著高于癌周肝组织,癌周肝组织显著高于肝硬化组织,肝硬化组织显著高于正常肝组织,P<0.01;STAT3蛋白在HCC组织中的表达与VEGFR2和EGFR的表达无显著相关性,P>0.05。结论:STAT3蛋白表达与HCC的发生、发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of STAT3 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its significance in the development and progression of HCC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of STAT3 protein in 56 cases of HCC and its surrounding liver tissues, 11 cases of cirrhosis and 11 cases of normal liver tissues. The expressions of VEGFR2 and EGFR in 27 and 42 cases of HCC tissues Express the situation. Results: The positive and strong positive expressions of STAT3 protein in HCC tissues were 23 and 9 cases, respectively. The positive expression rate of STAT3 protein in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that in peritumorous liver tissues, and was significantly higher than that in cirrhosis, liver cirrhosis P <0.01. The expression of STAT3 protein in HCC tissues had no significant correlation with the expression of VEGFR2 and EGFR, P> 0.05. Conclusion: STAT3 protein expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.
