依据Knox分析模式,我们在启东县某地区,对五种主要恶性肿瘤分别进行时-空间聚集性的理论分析,时间“聚集标准”分别取1、3、6、12个月以内,空间“聚集标准”取1Km~2以内。其结果均显示P>0.05,说明该五种主要恶性肿瘤的时-空分布均符合Poisson分布。其癌因的分布是随机的,无时-空间聚集现象,提示该地区的癌因应从环境中探求,为癌因的定向研究和预防提供了理论依据。
According to the Knox analysis model, we analyzed the temporal-spatial clustering of five major malignancies in a certain area of Qidong County. The time “clustering criteria” took within 1, 3, 6 and 12 months respectively, and the spatial “aggregation” The standard "takes less than 1Km~2. The results showed that P>0.05, indicating that the time-space distribution of the five major malignancies conformed to the Poisson distribution. The distribution of cancer causes is random, and there is no time-space aggregation phenomenon, suggesting that cancer in this area should be sought from the environment, providing a theoretical basis for the orientation research and prevention of cancer.
