随着高等教育体制的改革,以及国家对于高等教育投入力度的加大,原有的高校财务管理体制已无法适应高校体制改革的要求,因而也需要进行革新,这将会成为一段时间内各高校面临的一项艰巨任务。笔者以自身多年高校财务管理的经验入手探讨高校财务体制革新的策略与对策。
