针对大型齿轮尺寸较大不易修形的问题,从齿轮啮合理论出发,研究了通过修正刀具实现大型齿轮齿廓修形的可行性;建立了大型齿轮刀具修形数学模型,重点研究了齿轮修形参数与刀具修正参数之间的关系和修形刀具的参数设计方法;以φ4.8 m×105 m回转窑开式大齿轮修形为例,设计加工了一组修形梳齿刀,并通过对大齿圈进行梳齿修形,验证了理论分析的正确性和设计方法的合理性。
