对小叶臭黄皮(Clausena excavata)根、茎和叶部位进行了化学成分研究,经过一系列正相和反相色谱柱和高效液相色谱等现代分离技术,分离得到12个苯环衍生物(1~12),并通过MS、NMR、IR等波谱学方法对这些化合物进行结构鉴定,其中(2’R)-4-(2’,3’-dihydroxy-3’-methyl-butanoxy)-phenethanol(1)为一个新化合物,化合物3和4为两个新天然产物,化合物5~8、10~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。测定了化合物1对A549、He La和BGC-823的细胞毒活性及其对Candida albicans、Staphylococcus aureus的抑菌活性,结果显示化合物1没有细胞毒和抑菌活性。
The chemical constituents of roots, stems and leaves of Clausena excavata were studied. After a series of modern separation techniques, including normal phase and reversed phase columns and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), 12 benzene ring derivatives 1 to 12). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods such as MS, NMR and IR. Among them, (2’R) -4- (2 ’, 3’-dihydroxy-3’-methyl-butanoxy) (1) is a new compound. Compounds 3 and 4 are two new natural products. Compounds 5 ~ 8 and 10 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The cytotoxic activity of compound 1 against A549, He La and BGC-823 and its antibacterial activity against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus were determined. The results showed that compound 1 had no cytotoxic and bacteriostatic activity.
