为探讨丹参注射液在下肢深静脉血栓形成中的防治作用。按随机原则分为丹参预防组、速避凝预防组、丹参治疗组、速避凝治疗组、生理盐水对照组,每组5只犬。两预防组提前1周每天给药。接着以药物造模法对所有犬建立下肢深静脉血栓模型,每天给药,作相关血液流变学指标检测并作统计学分析。结果显示,两种药物均能明显地改善血液流变学各项指标值,减轻血液高凝状态,但预防组效果明显优于治疗组。两种药物相比,无统计学意义。表明丹参注射液、速避凝预防治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效显著,预防用药疗效明显优于治疗用药,提示预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效和重要。
To explore the prevention and treatment of Danshen injection in deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. According to the random principle, it was divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza prevention group, speed avoidance coagulation prevention group, salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group, speed avoidance coagulation treatment group and saline control group, and 5 dogs in each group. Both prevention groups were dosed daily 1 week in advance. Then, a deep venous thrombosis model of lower extremities was established for all dogs by drug modelling. Daily administration was performed, and related hemorheological indexes were detected and statistically analyzed. The results showed that both drugs can significantly improve the index of blood rheology, reduce the blood hypercoagulability, but the effect of the prevention group was significantly better than the treatment group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two drugs. It shows that Danshen injection and speed avoidance coagulation prevent and treat the deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. The curative effect of preventive medication is obviously better than that of the therapeutic medication, which indicates that it is effective and important to prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.
