1.热镀锌时影响角钢上锌量的因素锌浴温度、浸锌时间、镀件材质、角铁尺寸、表面粗糙程度、镀件提升的角度和速度及镀后处理条件、锌浴成份等都可能对上锌量产生影响。在目前采用水平镀锌,人工翻动处理的条件下,主要考虑了容易进行控制的,对上锌量影响较大的前四个因素。考虑到鞍山铁塔厂存在锌锅容量小与生产量大的矛盾,主要试验了锌浴温度490±10℃的浸锌条件。 1—1.镀锌温度对角钢上锌量的影响热浸镀锌的镀层由和基体金属结合的铁锌
