采取４例处缓解期的普通型急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的骨髓，用补体介导细胞毒法体外净化后进行自体骨髓移植，其中３例分别于移植后４２、３５和１２个月仍处于完全缓解；１例移植后４个月复发。对另外３例经化疗达完全缓解的未分化型（２例）和普通型（１例）急性淋巴细胞白血病患者采取骨髓，用免疫毒素法体外净化后行自体骨髓移植，２例分别于移植后１４和６个月仍处于完全缓解，１例移植后５个月，因患急性重型肝炎死亡，但骨髓仍为完全缓解。体外净化所用的单克隆抗体为ＭｃＡｂ５５、ＪＮ２０５及ＰＨＮ２００。
Four bone marrow samples from patients with relapsed normal acute lymphoblastic leukemia were treated with complement-mediated cytotoxicity and autologous bone marrow transplantation. Three of them were still in complete remission at 42, 35, and 12 months after transplantation. 1 case relapsed 4 months after transplantation. Bone marrow was taken in 3 other undifferentiated (2) and normal (1) acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients who had undergone complete remission with chemotherapy. Autologous bone marrow transplantation was performed after in vitro purification with immunotoxin and 2 cases after transplantation. After 14 months and 6 months of complete remission, 1 patient died of acute severe hepatitis 5 months after transplantation, but bone marrow remained completely relieved. The monoclonal antibodies used for in vitro purification were McAb55, JN205, and PHN200.
