本课题从新常态下人才需求的特点以及对工学结合人才培养模式的认识和现状分析入手,提出了新常态下国土资源高职院校“工学结合”人才培养模式难点及存在的问题,并从搭建稳定的合作共享行业链平台、提升专业实践应用能力、将职业标准和技术标准融入教学标准、建立工学结合的保障机制、人文素质教育等方面,对新常态下国土资源高职院校工学结合人才培养模式进行了探索与实践。
Based on the characteristics of talent demand in the new normal and the cognition and current situation of the training mode of the combination of work and study, the subject puts forward the difficulties and existing problems in the training mode of “combining work with learning” in higher vocational colleges under the new normal.
