1999年1月、2月、5月,在不同的时间3例患者在门诊清晨十点空腹抽血检验血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇,3项指标异常增高,其中两例患者甘油三酯因浓度过高而无法测出,用生理盐水稀释后重测,结果乘以稀释倍数所得的值异常增高(表1,2)。我们追随病人查明原因,了解到患者抽血前的晚餐都食入了过多的荤腥油腻食物。我们对每个患者1周后又重新抽血检验(抽血前1天晚餐禁吃荤腥、油腻食物)。结果3例患者各项指标不同程度地恢复正常。试验方法与结果:
In January, February and May 1999, three patients at different times examined blood glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol three times fasting at the outpatient clinic at 10 o’clock in the morning. Three of them had abnormally increased triglyceride concentrations Excessive and unmeasurable, diluted with normal saline test, the results multiplied by the dilution factor abnormal increase in value (Table 1, 2). We followed the patient to find out the reason, learned that the patient had too much dirty greasy food before dinner. We re-take a blood test for each patient one week later (a day before the blood draw forbidden to eat fishy, greasy food). Results The indexes of 3 patients returned to normal to varying degrees.
