睾丸肿瘤为泌尿外科常见病,但双侧睾丸肿瘤却罕见。东京慈惠会大学医院1973—1980年共收治双侧睾丸肿瘤5例。例一,男性、32岁。以右睾丸肿瘤就诊。检查右睾丸鸡卵大、左睾丸小指大石样硬肿物,手术切除后病理右睾丸精原细胞瘤+胚胎癌,左睾丸精原细胞瘤。术后雌激素每天500毫克静注,连用五天后改口服每天150毫克,服十天。两侧盆腔及腹主动脉周围 Testicular tumors are common diseases in urology, but bilateral testicular tumors are rare.
