目的研究玉米多糖对小鼠体液免疫的影响,探讨玉米多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验、半数溶血值(HC50)的测定,观察0.026 7、0.267、0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果通过小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验观察到0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊能促进小鼠脾细胞抗体产生;通过HC50的测定观察到0.267、0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊能提高小鼠HC50。结论本研究条件下观察到玉米多糖能够提高小鼠体液免疫调节功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of corn polysaccharide on humoral immunity in mice and explore the regulatory effect of corn polysaccharide on immune function in mice. Methods The murine splenocyte antibody production test and half hemolytic value (HC50) were used to determine the effect of corn polysaccharide capsules with 0.026 7,0.267,0.8 g / kg BW on humoral immune function in mice. Results The mouse spleen cell antibody production test showed that the 0.8 g / kg BW dose of corn polysaccharide capsule can promote the splenocyte antibody production in mice. The HC50 assay showed that 0.267 and 0.8 g / kg BW dose of corn polysaccharide capsule could increase Mouse HC50. Conclusion Corn polysaccharide was observed under the conditions of this study to improve humoral immunoregulatory function in mice.
