湖北省宜昌市四○三里区食用菌研究所工程师胡文华,经5年苦心探索,最新研究成功用整草整秸秆直接露地栽培平菇、凤尾菇、美味红菇、鸡腿蘑、榆黄蘑等食用菌高产新技术。该技术只需将整草(如稻草、麦草、禾草、牧草、杂草等)和整秸秆(如玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆、禾秆、蒿秆等)经浸泡处理,然后直接铺在地面,每平方米铺15~20公斤,播撒上适宜型适龄菌种,覆上土,罩上塑膜,任其萌发生长亦无污染,每亩(实栽400m~2)可创产值1.5~2万元。该技术还攻克了食用菌种培养基的制备不用高压锅和灭菌灶、接种不用接种箱及消毒药剂,用已被国家专利局受理实用新型专利的
