探讨了Ｎａ对１４２０Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金２ｍｍ厚冷轧板焊缝金属力学性能的影响及其作用机理。试验结果表明：Ｎａ降低了焊缝金属的强度和塑性，使金属脆化；其在焊缝金属晶界处的偏聚是产生Ｎａ脆的原因。
The effect of Na on the mechanical properties of weld metal in 2mm thick cold-rolled plate of 1420Al-Li alloy and its mechanism were discussed. The experimental results show that Na decreases the strength and plasticity of the weld metal and embrittles the metal. Segregation of the metal at the grain boundaries of the weld metal is the cause of Na embrittlement.
