目的:建立柴黄利胆和胃糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil ODS2柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(49∶51∶0.2),检测波长为276nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:黄芩苷在0.302~2.42μg范围内与峰面积积分呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.48%,RSD=1.55%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于柴黄利胆和胃糖浆中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in chilli gallbladder and stomach syrup. METHODS: The HPLC method was eluted with Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (49:51:0.2), the detection wavelength was 276 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results: Baicalin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.302-2.42 μg with an average recovery of 97.48% and RSD 1.55% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of baicalin in Radix Angelicae sinensis and stomach syrup.
