目的观察自拟平肝饮Ⅰ号方联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗阴虚阳亢证高血压的临床效果及探讨可能的作用机制。方法将116例本院收治的阴虚阳亢证高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各58例。对照组患者采用缬沙坦胶囊口服,治疗组则加用自拟平肝饮Ⅰ号方内服。对比2组治疗的临床效果,评价治疗前后中医证候积分,监测用药前后血压、血脂水平,检测治疗前后血清细胞因子水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.8%,显高于对照组的77.6%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后观察组患者的SBP、DBP、TC、TG水平与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、Hcy水平与对照组相比均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论笔者自拟平肝饮I号方联合缬沙坦胶囊利于缓解患者的临床症状,降低血压,调节血脂代谢,疗效满意,其机制与下调炎性因子hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及Hcy水平有一定的相关性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made PingGanYin Ⅰ combined with Valsartan capsule in the treatment of hypertension of yin-deficiency-yang syndrome and to explore the possible mechanism. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with hypertension of yin-deficiency-yang syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 58 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with valsartan capsules orally, while those in the treatment group were treated with oral self-made Pinggan Yin I oral. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were evaluated. The blood pressure and blood lipid levels were monitored before and after treatment. The levels of serum cytokines were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.8%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.6%, P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The levels of SBP, DBP, TC and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and Hcy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group P <0.05). Conclusion The authors self-Ping I Yin I side combination of valsartan capsules help ease the clinical symptoms, lower blood pressure, regulate blood lipid metabolism, with satisfactory results, the mechanism and down-regulation of inflammatory cytokines hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 And Hcy levels have some relevance.
