核心蛋白聚糖(decorin,DCN)是由糖胺聚糖链共价连接于核心蛋白所组成的大分子复合物,能够与多种细胞因子结合并发挥抗肿瘤、抑制炎癌转化等生物学功能。它的代谢异常或结构改变与人类肿瘤的发生发展过程密切相关。基于DCN的抗肿瘤活性,重组产品用于人体的免疫原性低,用以抗肿瘤药物的研究具有较好的应用前景。本文结合我们的工作对DCN抑制肿瘤发生发展的分子机制进行综述。
Decorin (DCN) is a macromolecular complex consisting of a glycosaminoglycan chain covalently linked to a core protein, capable of binding to various cytokines and exerting biological functions such as anti-tumor and anti-cancer transformation . Its metabolic abnormalities or structural changes are closely related to the occurrence and development of human tumors. Based on the antitumor activity of DCN, the recombinant product is low in immunogenicity for human body and has good application prospect for the study of anticancer drugs. In this review, we summarize the molecular mechanisms by which DCN inhibits tumorigenesis.
