目的:研究中药白花前胡有效成分 8?甲氧基补骨脂素(8? M O P)对肺动脉是否较对体动脉更具有选择性抑制作用.方法:观察了8? M O P对去甲肾上腺( N E)所致离体大鼠的肺动脉环( P A)及主动脉环( A R)标本收缩作用的影响.结果:8? M O P使 P A 及 A R 标本对 N E的剂量收缩反应曲线右移,最大反应降低,对 P A 的作用明显强于对 A R的作用;8? M O P对 N E所致的离体 P A 及 A R引起的依内源性钙收缩有显著抑制作用,对 P A 依外源性钙收缩亦有一定的抑制作用,但对 A R的依外源性钙收缩则无抑制作用.结论:8? M O P对 P A 较对 A R 有较高选择性抑制作用;8? M O P主要通过降低动脉平滑肌细胞内 CA2+ 浓度而产生抑制作用,对肺动脉选择性较高的原因可能因为对肺动脉平滑肌细胞膜上受体调控性 CA2+ 通道( R O C)具有更强的抑制作用.“,”Objective:This paper was designed to study whether 8 methoxypsoralen(8 MOP), a compound of traditional Chinese herb Bai Hua Qian Hu,possesses more selective inhibitory effect on pulmonary artery than on system artery. Methods:The isolated pulmonary artery(PA) and aorta(AR) of rat were used to observe the effect of 8 MOP on dose dependent contracting response induced by norepinephrine(NE) and on endogenous Ca 2+ and extragenous Ca 2+ dependent contraction caused by NE.Results: 8 MOP made the dose response curve of PA and AR to norepinephrine(NE) shifting to right and the maximum response decreased dose dependently.
