采用连接分子1-芘丁酸琥珀酰亚胺酯(PASE)和大肠杆菌抗体对碳纳米管场效应晶体管(CNTFET)进行修饰,制备出针对大肠杆菌检测的生物传感器。通过扫描电镜发现有连接分子修饰的CNTFET对大肠杆菌有很好的吸附效果,且根据检测大肠杆菌过程中CNTFET源漏电极之间电阻的变化特点,发现仅有连接分子修饰的CNTFET对大肠杆菌有很好的响应效果。另外,用CNTFET检测不同浓度的大肠杆菌时,随着大肠杆菌浓度的增加,源漏电极之间的电阻也越来越大,证明了以CNTFET为基础的生物传感器检测大肠杆菌的可能性。
The biosensor for E.coli detection was prepared by modifying the carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNTFET) with the linker 1-pyrene butyric acid succinimidyl ester (PASE) and E.coli antibody. According to the change of the resistance between the CNTFET source and drain electrodes during the detection of Escherichia coli, the CNTFETs with attached molecular modification were found to have good adsorption on Escherichia coli Good response.
