[目的]探讨护肝宁片在大鼠体内对茶碱药代动力学的影响.[方法]将大鼠随机分为单用茶碱对照组和护肝宁片合用茶碱实验组;实验组连续给予护肝宁片,对照组给予相同体积生理盐水,共10d后颈静脉给予氨茶碱20mg/kg,用高效液相色谱法测定茶碱的血药质量浓度,计算并比较两组间茶碱的药代动力学参数.[结果]对照组和实验组茶碱的药代动力学参数间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]在大鼠体内护肝宁片不影响茶碱的代谢.
[Objective] To explore the influence of Huganning Tablet on the theophylline pharmacokinetics in rats. [Methods] The rats were randomly divided into theophylline control group and Huganing tablets combined with theophylline experimental group. The experimental group Huganing tablets were given continuously and the same volume of normal saline was given to the control group. Aminophylline 20mg / kg was given to the jugular vein 10 days later. The plasma concentration of theophylline was determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters of theophylline were determined. [Result] The pharmacokinetic parameters of theophylline in the control group and the experimental group were not significantly different (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Theophylline metabolism.
