良性前列腺增生以基质（平滑肌和结缔组织）增生为主，前列腺平滑肌张力变化与α１－肾上腺素受体及亚型在前列腺组织的分布、调节有密切关系。本文综述了α１－肾上腺受体及亚型在前列腺组织中的研究进展。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia with stromal (smooth muscle and connective tissue) hyperplasia, prostatic smooth muscle tension changes and α1-adrenergic receptors and subtypes in prostate tissue distribution, regulation is closely related. This review summarizes the research progress of α1-adrenergic receptors and their subtypes in prostate tissue.
