对热型连铸制备的柱状晶CuAlBe超弹性合金丝做等温变形试验,研究柱状晶在变形过程中组织和性能的变化。等温温度从400℃到600℃,变形量从25%到62.5%。结果表明,变形温度为450~550℃,在所研究的变形量内都能得到以β相为主及少量α相的柱状晶组织,力学性能与变形前大致相同,但残余变形大大增加。低于450℃变形产生马氏体,变形量增大时还导致晶界裂纹。高于550℃变形则产生十字星形γ2。后两者都使力学性能急剧下降。
The isothermal deformation test of columnar crystal CuAlBe superelastic alloy prepared by hot continuous casting was carried out to study the change of microstructure and properties of columnar crystal during deformation. Isothermal temperature from 400 ℃ to 600 ℃, deformation from 25% to 62.5%. The results show that the deformation temperature is 450-550 ℃. The columnar crystal structure with β phase as the main phase and a small amount of α phase can be obtained within the studied deformation. The mechanical properties are almost the same as those before deformation, but the residual deformation increases greatly. When the temperature is lower than 450 ℃, martensite will be generated, which will lead to grain boundary cracking when the amount of deformation increases. A deformation of more than 550 ℃ produces a cross star γ2. Both of them make the mechanical properties drop sharply.
