以六元Ca O-Si O2-Fe O-P2O5-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3炼钢渣系为研究对象,结合热力学计算和实验检测,分析(Al_2O_3)和二元碱度B综合变化对该六元渣系中磷酸盐富集行为的影响.结果表明:炼钢炉渣中生成游离C2S含量对磷酸盐富集相n C2SC3P内的(P2O5)至关重要.该渣系中增加Si O2会降低总的C2S生成量,增加Al_2O_3可促进钙铝黄长石C2AS相生成,降低游离C2S(f-C2S)的量,进而影响磷酸盐的富集.六元Ca O-Si O2-Fe O-P2O5-Fe_2O_3-Al_2O_3炼钢炉渣获得较好磷酸盐富集程度,渣中二元碱度B和Al_2O_3含量需满足的耦合关系为:(%Al_2O_3)=-27.70+21.62B,(Al_2O_3)<20.0%,B>1.3.
In this paper, the slag system of CaO-Si O2-Fe O-P2O5-Fe2O3-Al2O3-Al_2O_3 was studied as a research object. Based on the thermodynamic calculation and experimental analysis, the comprehensive changes of Al_2O_3 and binary basicity B were analyzed. The results show that the formation of free C2S in the steelmaking slag is crucial for the formation of (P2O5) in the phosphate-rich phase n C2SC3P.The addition of Si O2 to the slag system will reduce the total C2S formation , Increasing the amount of Al 2 O 3 can promote the formation of C2AS phase of calcareous feldspar and reduce the amount of free C2S (f-C2S), which will affect the enrichment of phosphate. Six-element Ca O-Si O2-Fe O-P2O5-Fe2O3-Al2O3 The slag has good phosphate enrichment, and the binary Alkalinity B and Al 2 O 3 content in the slag satisfy the following relations: (% Al 2 O 3) = - 27.70 + 21.62B, (Al 2 O 3) <20.0% and B> 1.3.
