新课标明确指出:“评价不仅要关心学生的学业成绩,而且要发挥和发展学生各方面的潜能,了解学生发展的需求,帮助学生认识自我,建立自信。”根据《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》设计了《体育课评价表》,在体育教学中尝试从身体素质、运动技能、情意表现、社会适应等方面对学生实施过程性评价。通过基准班与实验班的比较与分析,可以看出实验是成功的。通过评价方法的改革,促进了学生多方面的提高。
