特罗菲莫夫式阀体是机车汽室部分很主要的一个零件,尺寸比较大,形状也比较复杂。这种锻件原先我们采用两体焊接成型(如图1)和整体锻造(如图2)制成;这样很费材料,工时(包括机械加工工时)消耗多,焊条也要消耗很多。我厂工艺技师徐兴海、许德溥两位同志同工人合作研究,采用胎型锻造获得成功。胎型锻造的锻造工时虽然比整体锻造多一些(比两体焊接成型少),但总的加工时数却
