硝酸异山梨醇(消心疼)用于治疗急性肺水肿,国内尚未见报道,我院已治疗3例,疗效满意,报道如下。[例一]患者男性,76岁,住院号139,993。于1978年9月11日因突然咳喘加重一天入院。入院前一天突然胸闷、气喘、心慌、吐白泡沫痰、烦躁不安、不能平卧、出冷汗,但无胸疼、咯血、晕厥。患者1958年曾患“风心病”,1960年患高血压症,经常在200/70毫米汞柱左右。体检:体温36.8℃,脉搏70次/分,呼吸25次/分,血压150/60毫米汞柱,急性病容,呼吸稍促,
