本文简要叙述了5Cr21Ni4Mn9N钢的主要机械、物理性能外,还着重介绍了该钢种的热处理、锻造、摩擦焊、电镦及切削加工等工艺性能,并指出热处理工艺是影响材质性能的关键。为了稳定钢材性能,提高另件生产的成品率,还对中温球化热处理工艺作了试验和探讨。作为工作温度在750℃的高负荷排气阀门用钢,经长期试验证明,该钢种具有足够的高温强度和良好的抗燃气腐蚀性能,经久耐用。
In this paper, the main mechanical and physical properties of 5Cr21Ni4Mn9N steel are briefly described. The properties of the steel such as heat treatment, forging, friction welding, electric upsetting and cutting are emphatically introduced. It is pointed out that the heat treatment process is the key to the material properties. In order to stabilize the steel performance and improve the production rate of the other parts, we also test and discuss the heat treatment process of the medium temperature ball. As a working temperature of 750 ℃ high-load exhaust valve steel, the long-term test proved that the steel has sufficient high temperature strength and good gas corrosion resistance, durable.
