应用过油管膨胀技术堵水

随着老储层产水的不断增多,导致地面处理设备成本逐渐增加,油气生产井的生产效率下降,水处理和环保问题每年要花费数百万美元,越来越受到人们的关注。油气井经营者采取各种技术和方法来控制产水。堵水技术已经成为日常修井作业的一部分。目前普遍使用的方法包括注水泥、机械堵水、修井、应用特制的水泥或化学堵剂等。最初应用化学堵剂的结果令人鼓舞,但经营者必须确保将化学剂精确地充填到出水层,因为:①从经济的角度考虑,化学剂的成本相对较高;②堵剂若进入油层同样会发生反应,且这种“误”充填很难避免。解决这些问题尚存在诸多困难,因此选择新型的过油管层间隔离技术非常重要。过油管膨胀技术向业内提供了一种经济、可靠的充填堵水剂的方法。本文重点介绍目前可供使用的膨胀工具及其使用方法。 With the increasing production of water in the old reservoirs, the cost of ground treatment equipment has been gradually increased and the production efficiency of oil and gas production wells has been declining. Water treatment and environmental protection problems have been spent millions of dollars annually, attracting more and more attention. Well operators use a variety of techniques and methods to control water production. Plugging technology has become a part of everyday workover work. Currently widely used methods include cementing, mechanical water shut-in, workover, application of special cement or chemical plugging and the like. The initial results of using chemical plugging agents are encouraging, but operators must ensure that chemicals are precisely filled into the effluent layer because: (1) from an economic point of view, the cost of chemicals is relatively high; (2) if plugging agents enter the reservoir Will react, and this “wrong ” filling is difficult to avoid. There are many difficulties in solving these problems, so it is very important to choose a new technology of inter-layer pipe isolation. Tubing expansion technology offers the industry an economical and reliable method of filling plugging agents. This article focuses on currently available expansion tools and how to use them.
