《纲要》提出:教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者。作为幼儿园,提高教育质量的途径主要是通过教研,教研的主要成员是教师。为调动教师参与教研的积极性,建立合作教研模式,教师从自身的教育观念和行为寻找并剖析问题,年级组长为教师营造宽松、愉悦的教研氛围,广开言路,把教研活动贯于将近阶段保教工作的重点、热点的案例拿出来进行讨论,每个教师学习后有心得有体会,并倡议让教师在教研活动中将真正的想法表达出来,促进教师去主动学习、自我提高,在研讨中感悟学习的真谛。
