使用化学计量学方法对重叠严重的5种硝基苯的紫外光谱进行解析,其中利用系统聚类进行波长优化,逐步回归定性、主成份回归定量,较成功地确定了混合体系中各种物质的种类和含量,结果令人满意.
Using the method of chemometrics, the ultraviolet spectra of 5 kinds of nitrobenzene with serious overlap were analyzed. The wavelength of the system was optimized by using cluster analysis, and the regression was qualitatively repeated. The principal components were regressed and quantified. Type and content, the result is satisfactory.
