明代处州人口状况可以这样来概括 :人口基数小 ,户均人口少 ,总人口不断减少。人口减少的原因是多方面的 ,主要是 :经济和生产力水平低下 ,天灾频发和人祸不断。而人口减少又严重影响经济的发展和生产力的提高。以古推今 ,丽水市要针对古处州的弱势 ,有重点地发展 ,继续在两个文明的建设上抓出成效来。在计划生育问题上 ,要请专家找出最佳的人口自然增长率 ,政府制定相关政策和措施 ,以达到人口和经济协调发展 ,造福子孙后代
