磁共振多种功能成像技术,如扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)、灌注加权成像(perfusion weighted imaging,PWI),磁共振波谱成像(magnetic spectroscopic imaging,MRS),在乳腺癌的诊断、鉴别诊断以及乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效监测等方面具有重要价值。该文仅选取其中一种功能成像,即氢质子磁共振波谱成像(proton-magnetic resonance spectroscopic,1HMRS),先对乳腺磁共振波谱成像的基本原理及相关技术、常用的空间定位技术以及谱线后处理软件等方面进行了精要回顾,再对1HMRS在乳腺癌的诊断以及乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估与预测中的应用做了详细的综述,最后指出了1HMRS存在的相关问题以及将来的发展方向。
