一、牢固树立教育为本的思想,为开展岗位培训办实事局和各企业普遍加强了职工教育工作机构和队伍建设。到目前为止,全局科处交叉企业有教育科13个,小企业都配备了专职教育干部,形成了276名专兼职教师队伍:“七五”期间,在职工培训工作上投资500多万元;把1990年定为全局的“教育年”,下决心抓队伍素质的提高;在全系统开展了三个活动:“尊师重教比风尚”活动,“忠诚教育比奉献”活动,“刻苦学习比进步”活动。二、采取多种形式,拓宽培训渠道,不断扩大岗位培训的范围1.充分发挥局属专业院校的骨干作用,搞好提高型的岗位培训。我局原有一所工学院,一所中专学校和一所技工学校,几年来,我们从企业管理升级和产
