目前,我国许多民间文化艺术形式正面临着割裂消失、甚至被异化的危险境地;中国传统的口头、形体和其他种类的艺术形式,譬如刺绣、印染、剪纸、雕刻、中医药、针灸等民俗文化遗产的生存发展和保护都面临困境。我国正式加入《保护非物质文化遗产公约》后,应当加强保护民俗文化遗产的行政管理机制,提高对民俗文化遗产保护和知识产权行政管理保护水平。
At present, many forms of folk culture and art in our country are facing the danger of being divided or even alienated. The traditional Chinese forms of art, such as embroidery, printing and dyeing, paper-cutting, sculpture, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Heritage survival and development and protection are facing difficulties. After China formally acceded to the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, it should strengthen the administrative mechanism for the protection of folk cultural heritage and improve the protection of folk cultural heritage and the administration of intellectual property.
