企业文化越来越被在国际、国内各企业所重视。但是在很多国有企业里,企业文化未与企业管理有机结合,而是浮于表面和形式,使企业文化失去对企业发展的推动力。文章从企业文化建设的切入点、突破点、支撑点和落脚点进行研究,探讨如何深化企业文化建设。
More and more corporate culture in the international and domestic enterprises attach importance. However, in many state-owned enterprises, the corporate culture is not organically integrated with business management. Instead, it appears on the surface and in the form of a corporate culture that loses its motivation for enterprise development. The paper studies from the point of entry, breakthrough, support and end of the construction of enterprise culture to explore how to deepen the building of enterprise culture.
