煤炭行业属于高危行业,做好煤矿安全培训工作是关系到煤矿职工生命安全、家庭幸福、社会和谐与稳定的大事。因此要下大力气狠抓煤矿安全培训,需配备优秀尽职班主任。班主任既是培训计划的第一执行者,又是培训班的具体领导者、组织者和实施者,因此在煤矿安全培训教育工作中发挥着不可忽视的作用。
The coal industry is a high-risk industry.
