什么叫有效沟通?就是通过各种形式,充分而有效地把各类信息传递给对方,并与对方达成某种意义上的共识,从而使双方增进感情,减少误会。总而言之,就是把工作与生意做得更顺。表面上看,沟通不就是说说话,打打电话么。经销商在厂家眼中,也不亚于上帝,全心全意为客户服务的口号在厂家老板嘴巴里喊得震天响,这厂商之间沟通理应不难。但是现实中,许多经销商都感觉与厂家人员的沟通没那么简单,并且因为沟通不到位所带来的麻烦比比皆是,例如:
